Call (806) 615-4601. We answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. If you have active water right now, call rather than filling out a form, because the first 24 to 48 hours decide whether this stays a drying job.
How to Reach Us
Phone: (806) 615-4601 — answered 24/7
What to Have Ready When You Call
It speeds things up if you can tell us:
- Your address and ZIP code
- What you are seeing or smelling, and where in the building
- When you first noticed it
- Whether there has been a leak, a freeze break, hail, or a roof repair in the last year or two
- Whether the water is active right now
- Whether anyone in the household is having symptoms
- Whether you are dealing with an insurance claim
If You Have Active Water Right Now
Do these before we get there:
- Shut the water off at the main
- Kill power to the affected area if water is near outlets or fixtures
- Move furniture and belongings out of the water if you can do it safely
- Do not run your HVAC, because it will move moisture through the rest of the building
- Take photos before you move anything, for your insurance claim
- Do not pull up carpet or cut drywall yet, because how that gets done affects what can be saved
